The view from 972 Union is beyond description. We've spent nights just watching Coit Tower change colors, or boats sail into harbor in the evening. San Francisco's flock of parrots sometimes land on the ledge 10 ft from our window. On quiet nights, we hear sea lions barking from Fisherman's Wharf. More can be written but words cannot do justice to something magical. Detached on three sides with horizon views, this three bedroom, split bath home is flooded with sunlight, blending Victorian details and modern updates. Vintage viking stove in the renovated open kitchen, deep closets, high ceilings, and mudroom w/ stacked W/D. A large deeded storage room plus two basements ensure storage is not an issue. This is a quiet building with great neighbors. We help each other out and socialize. We gather on the roof deck for July 4th and Blue Angels, flying so close we can see the pilots.
